Part# 30005573A is the replacement leg for Vermont Castings Dutchwest wood burning stoves. Leg measures 6-11/16″ x 2-1/2″ x 2-3/8″.

Sold individually. This part fits models made in February 2012 and newer. If your unit was built BEFORE February 2012, then you will need part number 7000016A.

Vermont Castings has had a challenging history. Originally based in Vermont, Vermont Castings was purchased by a company called CFM (Canadian Fireplace Manufacturers).  CFM proceeded to ‘restructure’ corporately a few times, and was eventually purchased by a company called HHT.  Because Vermont Castings changed ownership and moved production so many times, not to mention the thousands of replacement parts in their stoves – accessing the correct replacement part on a timely basis is not always easy.
