GZ550 Fireplace Blower for Continental, Napoleon Fireplaces

The GZ550 fireplace blower fan kit is designed to fit a number of fireplaces, including many models from Napoleon and Continental. The blower kit includes all of the components you’ll need to successfully install a blower into your fireplace for the first time. The GZ550 mounts easily using the supplied bracket. Noise reduction padding is also included to help eliminate vibration and reduce noise.

NOTE: Check that 110 volt power has been supplied to the junction box within the lower compartment of the fireplace by the installer (in accordance with CSA c22.1 Canadian Electrical Code, and in the United States as per the National Electric Code ANSI/NFPA NO. 70-current.

The GZ550 is designed using a thermostatic on/off switch, which will automatically turn the blower on and off at set temperatures. Because of this feature, the GZ550 kit can be used with or without a designated wall switch for the electrical outlet below your fireplace.
