This is a genuine official Regency replacement baffle for their WarmHearth wood burning appliance. This is a genuine Regency Fireplaces replacement part that ships new in original packaging. This Regency top baffle typically is installed in their older WarmHearth fireplaces and measures approximately 12″ x 12.5″ x 1.5″.
This is a pair of baffle bricks for older Regency WarmHearth wood burning fireplaces. They each measure 12″ x 12.5″ x 1.5″. This size is for each baffle brick. Most Regency wood fireplaces require two ‘2’ baffles – to clarify this kit contains two baffle bricks.
Purpose: Baffles in wood burning appliances are designed to keep the heat inside the firebox to ensure a clean burn. They also protect the top of the appliance from over heating. If they are damaged, cracked or deteriorating in any way, they should be replaced.
