Part# 1304249A is the replacement door glass frame – right for Vermont Castings Vigilant woodstoves.

Please Note: This frame will only work if your doors currently use the frames to hold the glass is place. If your current doors do not have frames or if you are purchasing new doors, you will need the glass clips 1601392 and 1601391 instead.

Vermont Castings has had a challenging history.  Originally based in Vermont, Vermont Castings was purchased by a company called CFM (Canadian Fireplace Manufacturers).  CFM proceeded to ‘restructure’ corporately a few times, and was eventually purchased by a company called HHT.  Because Vermont Castings changed ownership and moved production so many times, not to mention the thousands of replacement parts in their stoves – accessing the correct replacement part on a timely basis is not always easy.
