30-DAYS RETURN POLICY – Made Simple!
Products that arrive in good condition and fail to operate fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
If we make a mistake by shipping you the wrong product/s then we will be responsible for the return of the package back to us and sending you the correct product/s within 30 days of purchase. You need to request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email. Products must be received by Impressive Climate Control prior to the expiration of the RMA.
All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Refunds are administered based on the condition of the returned items. Uninstalled merchandise must be in the original packaging and must not have been installed.

Keep your tracking number and ensure you share your return tracking number with us as soon as you return your product.
NOTE: If you are returning a merchandise from OUTSIDE OF CANADA, you need to ensure you indicate RETURN on your shipping manifest to avoid custom charges.
Once your return merchanise is received we will process your return as follows:
100% Refund – Unopened box, and everything, including product and packaging, is in exact original condition, product never installed or used, and includes all the manuals it originally came with.
Refurbishment Charge Deducted – Opened box, items in working order, but product is not in exact original condition and requires refurbishing. For example, the product is incorrectly packed or missing packing materials, the instructions are missing, marked or wrinkled, etc.
Variable or No Refund – Opened box, product shows signs of wear. Items missing, damaged, dirty, bent or not working or item appears to have been installed. This includes any scratches or marks on product (screws or screw holes), wires bent or cut, etc. We will be as fair as possible in determining variable refunds. If, though, the refund amount isn’t acceptable to you, you have the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you.
If the shipment is returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address, a package return fee will be charged to us by the courier company and that fee will be your responsibility. You should know Shipping Companies charge for returning the package/s to us, for us to ship the package to you a second time you will have to pay for cost of returning package and also the cost of shipping second time.
We use a wide range of courier companies for deliveries , unless requested by customers to ship any other particular carrier. We are not responsible for shipments with other Courier/Delivery Companies requested by customers for their shipments. If you have returned your merchandise to an incorrect address, Impressive Climate Control is not held responsible for the lost package.
We cannot emphasize enough the need for you to double check that you are ordering the correct items/products or replacement electronic parts for your system.
Damaged Delivery
If a package is visibly damaged or broken you may REFUSE delivery. In this situation you can notify us via email or phone call within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim process. You may be asked to send the shipment back to us and or pictures of damages by email.
Cancellation of an order
There is a small window of time for us to cancel an order specially on large unit orders as once order is fully paid for it goes into processing stage. Once we process a unit order or a part an order, we do pay a shipping fee for that item/product to be delivered to our warehouse before it is shipped out to our customers. If the order is processed and on-route to our warehouse, and you end up canceling your order with us, the minimum freight fee of $75.00 dollars Canadian will be deducted from your total before we issue a refund.
Returning/exchanging products out of policy:
Unfortunately, products with a purchase date exceeding 30 days will not be accepted. These items will not be subject to an exchange or return, regardless of the condition of the product.
