Shipping policy

U.S. de minimis & tariff changes (effective now and upcoming)

De minimis ($800) suspended as of Aug 29, 2025. All low-value shipments to the U.S. are now dutiable and must meet full entry requirements. All cross boarder shipments require a proper customs entry; plus potential brokerage and other user fees.

Canadian Customers

Regular Shipping:

  • By default, parcels are shipped via Canada Post, ICS, UPS, FedEx or other Expedited Services.
  • Parcels shipped to Canada can have a maximum cubic weight of 65 lbs (30kg).

For Large Items:

  • Large Item ESTIMATED Shipping Fee (over 65 lbs):  $118.00 CAD *

 

 

 


U.S. Customers

  • Parcels shipped to the USA can have a maximum cubic weight of 65 lbs (30kg).

For Large Items:

  • Large Item ESTIMATED Shipping Fee (over 65 lbs): $184.00 CAD *

Shipping Time


Our processing timelines for stock items are 1 to 3 days from date of order. Estimated time of arrival for majority of parcels within Canada are normally around 1-5 days and in the Continental United States 3-10 days on most orders.

*We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before your purchase. However, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund. Additional surcharges that may not be included in the MAX shipping Fee are Residential Delivery Fee, Appointment Confirmation for Delivery, Fuel Surcharges, Transport Fees, Custom Fees, Lift Gate Fees, Inside Delivery Fees, and any surcharges by the shipping company.

Shipping Damages and Limitation

Different products ship via different carriers. Most of our products ship via Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator. Not all of our warehouses automatically provide us with tracking information. Your tracking number and carrier information will be included on your invoice. Some products with long lead times are special order products that have to be brought in from the manufacturer before they can ship. Some parts will ship directly from the factory in Canada.

Any damage during shipment has to be reported within 2 business days of receiving the item. Failure to report damage within this time will result in the claim being denied. 

Impressive Climate Control will not be held responsible for lost goods. There will be no refunds or credits on lost goods and shipping costs. It is customer’s responsibility to double check their shipping address to insure correct information transmitted to shipping companies.
