Product Warranty

Most products carry a warranty through the manufacturer, for details on the product warranty please see the product page. If you find a product to be defective within a 10 days time period please contact us for return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of returning the defective product to us for testing. We will cover the cost of sending you a replacement product via ground shipping. Under warranty replacement you will not receive a cash refund, we will replace the product if it is proven defective. If a product is determined “good” with no defect there will be a flat $30 fee on small parts for return shipping of the item and diagnosing the part. OEM parts are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If a part is installed in a brand or model other than what is listed in the part description the warranty will be null and void. Any tampering or modifications to a part or product also voids the warranty.

All Electronic Units and Replacement Parts come with the manufacturer's warranty. Incase of any defects, the customer is responsible to provide evidence via email to start an RMA and create a Warranty Claim with the manufacturer.

All Electronic Units and Replacement Parts require a certified and licensed technician to perform installation.

Shipping

Different products ship via different carriers. Most of our products ship via Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator, etc. Not all of our warehouses automatically provide us with tracking information. Your tracking number and carrier information will be included on your order. You can login to my account page to view and track your shipment. Some products with long lead times are special order products that have to be brought in from the manufacturer before they can ship. Some parts will ship directly from the factory in Canada.

You can refuse to accept a shipment from a carrier company if you see visual damage. Any damage during shipment has to be reported within 2 business days of receiving the item. Failure to report damage within this time will result in the claim being denied. 

Impressive Climate Control will not be held responsible for lost goods. There will be no refunds or credits on lost goods and shipping costs. It is customer’s responsibility to double check their shipping address to insure correct information transmitted to shipping companies. 

Backorders

In the event that a product is on backorder the customer will be notified. We make every effort to keep our site updated with back order information, however we may occasionally miss something.

Pricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be misprinted. In the event that an item is misprinted, Impressive Climate Control Ltd. may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If you have used INTERAC e-Transfer to send us your payment, we will refund you accordingly. Impressive Climate Control Ltd. Is not responsible for lost or stolen refund check payments. If a check refund is lost or stolen, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Impressive Climate Control Ltd. to place an STOP-PAYMENT on the check. Administrations fees for stop payment will be deducted from the second check issued to the purchaser.
