The BalancedHome® Elite Plus Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) keeps your home fresh and comfortable by bringing in fresh air while exhausting stale air. Independent supply and exhaust settings ranging from 30 to 130 CFM provide balanced ventilation while recovering energy from the exchanged air. Add an optional manual boost switch/timer to achieve up to 130 CFM on demand. This ERV is engineered for use in any temperate North American climate zone.
