Electro-Air M8-1056 MERV 11 Furnace Filter (3-PACK)

Electro-Air M8-1056 MERV 11 replacement filter. Fits all Electro-Air 20" x 25" air cleaners and can be used to replace any 20" x 25" x 6" filter. Electro-Air filters are constructed with hydrophobic polyolefin fibres which do not absorb moisture, greatly reducing the ability for mold growth. These filters also do not contain any cellulose which reduces the use of glues in the manufacturing process. This is excellent for people with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) and also eliminates the need for unhealthy anti-bacterial chemical sprays. Electro-Air filters contain more media material than most filters on the market and this increased surface area means better filtration and longer filter life.

The air filter media can last  up to 6 months. Inspect your air filter on a monthly basis for cleanliness.

The filter media is not cleanable and must be replaced a minimum of twice a year, once in the heating season and again in the cooling season. If your home only has heating, the filter must be replaced annually. Please note, if you have shedding pets, or live in a dusty environment, you will need to replace the filter media more often.
