This is the official FPI Fireplace Products Regency genuine replacement part tadpole glass gasket.  This is a genuine Regency replacement part that ships new in original packaging.

Gasket for many models of Regency Gas inserts and fireplaces.  Most Regency Wood Stoves require 6', whereas most Regency Gas Fireplaces require 10′.

Purpose: Gasket is a barrier between two types of materials.  When the gasket starts to wear out, the unit will leak air and cause the fireplace to over fire which may lead to damage.  If the gasket fails, the glass in the fireplace may also crack.

Installation tips: Please ensure that the gasket is even all the way around the glass.
