Bottom Glass Channel Gasket Part# 936-238 is the replacement gaskets for Regency Fireplaces.

Products Description: This is the official Regency Fireplaces replacement glass channel gasket.   This kit comes in a 6′ length.  This is a genuine replacement part from Regency Fireplaces – this is not an after-market copy. Purpose: The gasket ensures a tight seal between the door and the body of the stove. Installation tips: Remove the old gasket and clean the channel on the door (using a rigid brush works really well). Then place the new gasket in the channel – make sure the two end of the gasket meet on the hinge side of the door. Close the door and let the gasket seal to the door. Note: Wood stove and fireplace door gaskets are also commonly referred to as “Door Sealers” (Asbestos style rope that goes around the door channel).
