Part# 1304216A is the replacement right door for Vermont Castings wood and coal stoves. Fits the following models:

Wood and coal Stoves-Vermont Castings:
  • VIGILANT IA - 6 3/4 between hinge bosses
  • Vigilant IC 0035 & 0036
  • Vigilant II Parlor Stove
  • Vigilant Coal II 2310
  • Vigilant Coal Stove or Multifuel 1400

This part carries a 90 day warranty. This warranty is void if the part is installed in a unit the part was not designed for.
**Please note: This door is not a solid door, it is fitted to take glass. If you are replacing a solid door, you will need a glass panel (1401119) long glass clip (1601392), short glass clip (1601391) and 4 screws (1200983) for a complete door replacement. **This door DOES NOT fit the Vigilant I parlor stove which takes short doors. Measure between the hinge bosses of your existing door. If they are NOT 6-3/4" apart, then this door will NOT fit your stove.

Vermont Castings has had a challenging history. Originally based in Vermont, Vermont Castings was purchased by a company called CFM (Canadian Fireplace Manufacturers).  CFM proceeded to ‘restructure’ corporately a few times, and was eventually purchased by a company called HHT.  Because Vermont Castings changed ownership and moved production so many times, not to mention the thousands of replacement parts in their stoves – accessing the correct replacement part on a timely basis is not always easy. New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable).
