Part# 0001279 is the replacement enamel touch up paint - Green for Vermont Castings wood, coal, and gas stoves. This is a half-ounce (.5 oz) bottle of touch-up paint. The paint is resistant up to 1200°F/650C°C.

Vermont Castings has had a challenging history.  Originally based in Vermont, Vermont Castings was purchased by a company called CFM (Canadian Fireplace Manufacturers).  CFM proceeded to ‘restructure’ corporately a few times, and was eventually purchased by a company called HHT.  Because Vermont Castings changed ownership and moved production so many times, not to mention the thousands of replacement parts in their stoves – accessing the correct replacement part on a timely basis is not always easy.
