Identical filters to the ones that came with the HRV 20 years ago. No issues over the years with the filters.
Ordered and received in perfect condition, as expected.
Upgrade Kit has been installed. Ease of DIY installation 10/10. Works well with two Crank Timers for now. Will explore three wire installation for upgraded Timers at later date. Now wired to work with furnace blower motor.
It took longer than expected to receive the order and I did have to go and pick up the unit myself but I understood the reasoning and dealing with Mike and the team was overall good. I would recommend dealing with these guys.

So far so good ! i am really pleased with this model. Energy Star, 60 db at MAX ,it's compact and powerfull. Installation was super fast ( i previously had a Lifrebreath). Shipping was fast , and box arrived in perfect shape. Thank you !
